This is your timesheet history. Once you connect a calendar or log in and start tracking time, every weekly timesheet you create appears right here, ready to view, edit, print or export.

My Timesheets is your timesheet history, the home for every week you track. It's a running list of your timesheets, each one showing the week it covers, the total hours, the total value and whether it's still a draft or has been submitted.

Every week starts on the Draft Timesheet, built from your imported calendar events or from lines you add by hand. As soon as a week exists it lands here, and it stays whatever its status. Drafts you're still working on open straight back into the editable grid, while submitted weeks open as a tidy read-only view, so your in-progress work and your finished record sit side by side in one place.

Each row gives you the headline figures at a glance, the hours and the value, so you can scan a month of work in seconds. Open any submitted week to view, print or export it to Excel, complete with the billable and non-billable split. Spotted a mistake in a week you've already submitted? Reopen it, make the change and submit again. Every reopen is tracked, so you always keep a clear audit trail.

My Timesheets FAQs

What is the My Timesheets page?

My Timesheets is your timesheet history: a running list of every week you've tracked in VibaCloud. Each row shows the week commencing, total hours, total value and whether the week is still a draft or has been submitted, so you can see your whole record at a glance.

How do timesheets appear here?

Every week you work on starts as a draft on the Draft Timesheet screen, created from imported calendar events or manual lines. As soon as a week exists it shows up in My Timesheets, and it stays here whether it's still a draft or has been submitted.

What's the difference between a draft and a submitted timesheet?

A draft is a week still in progress that you can edit freely. Submitting a week freezes its hours, rates and values as a record and makes the entries read-only. Drafts open back into the editable grid; submitted weeks open as a read-only view you can print or export.

Can I edit or reopen a past timesheet?

Yes. Draft weeks can be edited straight from the list. If a submitted week needs fixing, open it and reopen it: that unlocks it for editing and resubmitting. Every reopen is tracked, so there's always a clear audit trail of changes.

Can I print or export my timesheets?

Yes. Open any submitted week to view it, and from there you can print it or export it to Excel, complete with the billable and non-billable hours split and the total value for the week.

Is my timesheet data private?

Your timesheets, calendar events and projects are scoped to your own account, so you only ever see your own data. Calendar access is read-only and used purely to build your drafts.
