VibaCloud exists for one reason: we think timesheets take up far too much of your week for something nobody enjoys. Our mission is to make filling one in the least annoying part of your job, by building it from the calendar you already keep.
Why we built VibaCloud
Everyone who tracks their time knows the Friday afternoon ritual. You open a blank timesheet, try to remember what Tuesday looked like, and reconstruct your week from memory. It is slow, it is dull, and it is rarely accurate. Hours get rounded, meetings get forgotten, and billable time quietly slips through the cracks.
We kept coming back to the same thought: the record already exists. Your calendar knows who you met, when, and for how long. So rather than asking you to type your week out from scratch, VibaCloud reads the events you have already booked and turns them into a draft timesheet you simply review and confirm.
What we believe
- Your time is the point. Software meant to save you time should not cost you an afternoon. We obsess over removing steps, not adding them.
- Accuracy beats guesswork. A timesheet built from what actually happened is fairer to you and to whoever you report to.
- Your data is yours. We only read the calendar events you choose to import, our access is read only, and we never sell your information.
- Simple on purpose. No bloated dashboards or features you will never touch. Import, tag, done.
How it works
VibaCloud connects to your Microsoft Outlook or Google calendar, brings your events into a weekly grid, and lets you tag each one to a client, project and task. You flag what is billable, your hours and totals add up as you go, and then you submit. Prefer not to connect a calendar at all? You can build a timesheet entirely by hand. How we treat your data
Connecting a calendar means trusting us with something personal, so we keep that trust simple. Calendar access is read only and used purely to build your drafts. Your timesheets, events and projects are scoped to your account, so you only ever see your own data. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
