This is your reporting dashboard. Once you submit some timesheets, you'll see your hours and value over time, your billable split, your busiest projects and clients, and how much of your calendar time you actually billed.
Reports turns your submitted timesheets into time tracking reports you can actually read: hours and earnings charts that show where your time and your money go without exporting a thing.
Pick a period, from this week or this month to a whole quarter, a year or any custom range, and Reports adds up your work across every submitted week. Four headline figures sit at the top, total hours, billable hours, non-billable hours and total value, each with its change against the previous period so you can tell at a glance whether you're up or down.
Below that, an hours-over-time chart plots your trend as daily, weekly or monthly bars or a line, a donut breaks down your billable split, and ranked bars highlight your busiest projects and your most valuable clients. A calendar-versus-billed view, unique to VibaCloud because it holds both your raw calendar and your timesheet, shows how much of your imported Outlook or Google calendar time you actually turned into billed work.
Filter to a single client to see just their numbers, then export the whole dashboard to Excel or print it (and save it as a PDF) to share with an accountant or drop into a report. Every figure is frozen at the rate you submitted it with, so your history stays accurate even if a project's rate changes later.
Reports FAQs
What is the Reports page?
Reports is your analytics dashboard in VibaCloud. It turns your submitted timesheets into a visual summary of a chosen period: total and billable hours, total value, your trend over time, your billable split, your busiest projects and clients, and how much of your imported calendar time you actually billed.
What time periods can I report on?
You can choose this week, this month, last month, this quarter or this year, or set any custom from and to dates. The trend chart automatically buckets by day, week or month depending on how long the range is, so it always stays readable.
How does the billable versus non-billable split work?
Every timesheet line is either billable or not, frozen at the rate you submitted it with. Reports totals these separately, showing billable and non-billable hours as headline figures, a donut of your billable percentage, and a green and grey split on each project's bar.
What is the calendar versus billed comparison?
Because VibaCloud holds both your imported calendar and your timesheet, it can compare the two. The calendar versus billed view shows how many hours you imported from Outlook or Google against how many you actually turned into billed work, so you can see how much of your time is being captured.
Can I export or print my reports?
Yes. You can export the whole dashboard to Excel as a multi-sheet workbook covering the summary, trend, projects and clients, or print it straight from the page, which also lets you save it as a PDF to share or file.
Is my reporting data private?
Yes. Your timesheets, projects and calendar events are scoped to your own account, so Reports only ever shows your own data. Calendar access is read-only and used purely to build your timesheets.
